StayNext is a full-stack web application that simplifies the process of finding, managing, and renting Paying Guest (PG) accommodations. The platform connects Tenants, PG Owners, and Administrators through a centralized system, allowing users to search nearby PGs, compare facilities, book rooms, and manage rentals digitally. It replaces traditional offline processes with a secure, transparent, and user-friendly platform. Modern property management systems commonly focus on centralizing tenant management, listings, bookings, and maintenance in one application.

Installation
- Install Java JDK 21, Maven, and MySQL.
- Create a MySQL database named staynext.
- Configure the database credentials in
application.properties. - Open the project in IntelliJ IDEA or VS Code.
- Run the following command:
mvn spring-boot:run
- Open your browser and visit:
http://localhost:8080
- Register/Login and start using the application.
Usage
Open the StayNext application in your browser.
Register as a Tenant or PG Owner and log in.
Tenants can search nearby PGs, view details, and book rooms.
PG Owners can add and manage PG listings, rooms, and booking requests.
Admin can monitor users, verify PG listings, manage bookings, and resolve complaints.
Log out securely after completing your tasks.

- Processor: Intel Core i3 or higher
- RAM: Minimum 4 GB (8 GB Recommended)
- Storage: Minimum 10 GB free disk space
- Internet: Required for updates and image uploads

- Spring Boot: 3.x
- MySQL: 8.0 or later
